Policies

Bookings  : All children under 2 years are free but must be noted in your booking details.

  • Maximum for Villa is 6 guest's this includes Toddlers ( infants )
  • We do not allow pets.
  • No Smoking.
  • Bookings for 1 to 3 days: once booking is made no refunds.
  • Bookings for 7 days or longer: If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the booking monies received will be refund less 1 nights administration fee.
  • If the booking is cancelled 21 days or less prior to the commencement of the booking the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will be charge the full tariff.
  • If you change your mind and decide not to stay or choose to cut your stay short a 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • The Villa will be clean and tidy on arrival and guest's are expected to leave the villa clean and tidy including dishes wash and dried.
  • Rubbish and recycling place in outside bins.
  • If the Villa is not left in a clean state you will be billed for the extra time required for cleaning.
  • Breakages and missing items will be paid for.
