Please take the time to read our policies below as booking with us is considered acceptance of these policies.

Bookings for 1 to 3 days:  Once booking is made no refunds
Bookings for 7 days or longer:  If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the booking monies received wil be refunded less $50.00 administration fee.
If the booking is cancelled 21 days or LESS prior to the commencement of the booking the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking.
If guest fail to take up accommodation: The booking will be automatically cancelled and no monies refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will be charge the full tariff.

Full Payment is required at time of booking.  Card Payments can only be taken when booking through the website. Cheques or Money Orders will not be accepted.
